Wanda and I had a delightful time with Stefan at CIBO in Bologna, learning to make two kinds of pasta and two kinds of sauce. Our classmates were pizza experts and we had fun getting to know them, too. Fred and Brenda were *supposed* to go to the Lamborghini Museum but apparently they arrived too late. What a shame, they had to amuse themselves at a bar until time to come eat the delicious meal we made! How/why are Italian egg yolks so beautiful and orange?
